Definition of services Betlogin.com, Thomas Gaumannmüller, Kolpingstraße 11, 1230 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as "Betlogin.com"), offers information about odds on sports betting. Registration at Betlogin.com is FREE of charge and NOT connected with any obligations for the user. II. Contract term / Dunning / Deactivation The contract term agreed between the user and Betlogin.com is set to an indefinite period. There is no dunning system at Betlogin.com, so there is no risk of non-payment. If you do not make a deposit, only the access to the betting information will be automatically disabled.   Access to the betting information can be reactivated at any time by payment (except for users blocked by Betlogin.com). After a desired time package was purchased and paid in the shop of Betlogin.com, this is automatically activated for the booked period immediately. Packages booked as a subscription are automatically extended, one day before expiry, by the respective package duration booked. This can be deactivated at any time in your own user account (menu item "My Profile"). Packages that have already been paid for cannot be refunded. III. Liability Claims for damages of the user against Betlogin.com and their assistants (e.g. due to system failures, faulty or delayed data transmission or the like) are excluded unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Betlogin.com is a pure information platform. Before using this information, every user has to check it for correctness in his/her own interest. Betlogin.com is not liable in any way for damages of any kind, which happened to the user. Furthermore, Betlogin.com does not assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content. Betlogin.com is entitled to block users without giving reasons at any time. In this case, Betlogin.com refunds the remaining credit to the user. Betlogin.com expressly points out that the conclusion of bets and/or the participation in sports bets is subject to legal restrictions in some countries and may even be prohibited. The user therefore acknowledges that he/she bears sole responsibility for all disadvantages arising therefrom. The user acknowledges that Betlogin.com is not obliged to provide additional information, warnings or clarifications. Betlogin.com is not liable for any disadvantages incurred by the user due to disregard of relevant prohibitions in his/her country. By registering with Betlogin.com, the user declares that he/she has reached the minimum age legally required in his/her country. The user agrees that Betlogin.com processes and stores his/her data automatically. Betlogin.com has the right to use this data also for advertising purposes (except personal data). IV. Law / Jurisdiction The legal relations between the users and Betlogin.com are subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction for all matters concerning Betlogin.com is Vienna. Betlogin.com reserves the right to amend the content of these general terms and conditions at any time. The user undertakes to inform himself/herself about the current GTC at least once a week and not to use his/her account if he/she does not agree with the amended GTC. The valid GTC can always be found under the menu item "GTC" on the website of Betlogin.com. V. Registration Prerequisite for the use of Betlogin.com is the registration as a user. For this purpose, the user has to complete the given registration form truthfully and completely. At the request of Betlogin.com, the user is obliged to provide a copy of an official photo ID (passport, driver's license, identity card) and to keep his/her data up to date at all times. The user can use the menu item "My Profile" on the Betlogin.com website. VI. DATA TRANSFER The access to Betlogin.com registered by the user is intended to be used only by this user and must not be passed on to third persons. The transfer and/or publication of data provided by Betlogin.com (in any form) is strictly prohibited. In the event of violation by the user, Betlogin.com reserves the right to impose a contractual penalty of EUR 50,000.00 per violation, irrespective of the assertion of any additional claim for damages.
